Texas Meat Company (TMC) is a leading protein processing company based in Fort Worth, TX, aka "Cowtown". Our company provides the highest quality meat and other protein products. We sell to restaurants, grocery, meal kit, and other industrial food manufacturing costumers, including human-grade pet food customers.
Originally Patterson Bros. Meat Company (“Patterson”), a 3rd generation family-owned business founded in 1946, Texas Meat Company was acquired by Patterson in 2013 and consolidated operations into TMC’s plant in Fort Worth, TX shortly thereafter.
At Texas Meat Company, we are committed to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and food safety. We take food safety seriously and take great care to adhere to the highest food safety standards, as established by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) via the British Retail Consortium (BRC). We source our raw materials from trusted suppliers and employ rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure that our products meet our customers' highest standards.
Our product line includes a wide range of protein products, including beef and chicken fajitas, bulk packaged ground beef bricks, hamburgers (both fresh and IQF frozen), portioned steaks, perfectly-sized IQF chicken breasts, and IQF frozen meatballs.
