Our steaks are cut from 100% Angus cattle that are born and raised in the USA. Patterson offers prime, choice, select, and all natural beef (no antibiotics or added hormones, all-vegetarian, corn-based diet). Each steak is custom-cut per the Chef’s specifications and quickly vacuum-packed for freshness. All our meat is wet-aged in a temperature-controlled steak department.

All Patterson chicken is processed at a USDA Poulty Processing Plant in Texas and are held to strict federal quality and handling guidelines.

Texas Meat Packers' pork is processed and mostly manufactured right here in Texas. All our pork products are cut fresh to your specifications and and quickly vacuum packaged for freshness. Our pork is manufactured in a USDA inspected Texas meat plant.
Texas Meat Packers sources it's pork from several different pork suppliers in the Texas Region. We offer specialty products, including the double-bone 12oz. pork chops, and also standard items such as pork chops, pork loins, pork shoulders and others. We even offer a full line of Mexican pork products like the pork chorizo.
The Patterson Brand sausage and bacon are slow smoked with Texas wood and have a taste your customers will be craving.
